Our take
Sushi & Bbbop delivers solid neighborhood dining through strong food quality anchored by fresh, made-to-order kimbap and warm, attentive service from a dedicated couple. Occasional consistency issues with stew texture and pancake doneness, combined with a modest food court setting, prevent a higher grade despite genuine local loyalty and excellent value for downtown.
