Fair Shot Cafe delivers solid neighborhood cafe quality with above-average food quality and warm, attentive service that earn a grade B standing. However, inconsistent execution in pastry freshness and coffee extraction prevents a higher grade, and tight seating during peak hours limits the overall experience.
