Fuego y Brasas delivers excellent steak quality and warm, attentive service within a striking dining room, positioning it among the area's respected steakhouses. However, inconsistent execution during peak service and occasional pacing delays prevent the higher tier—when the kitchen is focused, steaks sing, but off nights show overcooks and muted sauces that undermine the premium positioning.
